_Placebo @ Brixton Academy London

27-28.09.2010
Placebo played in London on 27 & 28, giving us two awesome shows in Brixton Academy.
The first show was totally SOLD OUT and it was an emotion to arrive there, see that and be part of the event. And since the night after another show was to come, some people after the first, already stayed and queue for the second ;)

Two were the opening acts both nights: the performance of "Little Fish" (picture above) and "Evaline" (picture below). Both amazingly surprising. Especially we were really much impressed by the six guys from 'Evaline', their presence on stage and.. also off the stage, since their lead singer jumped often into the crowd ;)

Here you can listen to "Hours" from their "Patterned" E.P. http://soundcloud.com/riverman-management/evaline-hours

And then.. Placebo ;)

During the two days the staff of Placebo and Arena gave to some lucky fans some bracelets to have access to an Aftershow Party on 28 @ Plan B in London. There, the "Hotel Persona" -so Stephan Olsdal himself and David Amen had a DJ Set for their Fans, with also a curious remix of Placebo song 'The Bitter End' ft. Rihanna "Rude Boy".

Here, Sil with singer and drummer from 'Evaline' and Placebo drummer Steve Forrest (below).
